About Pen and Keyboard
Pen and Keyboard was started as a way to catalog and share recipes, health tips, workouts, and little lessons I have learned along the way. I truly love fitness and am continually in the process of learning more on living a healthy, happy life. For me, eating healthy and working out are best when paired together and should not take up too much time or energy in planning. Living a healthy life can be easy, we just need the right tools to get there!
I am an avid yogi and am also borderline obsessed with runDisney and all their races. For me, a race is not a race unless there is a costume involved!
Although my fitness and health findings have done wonders for me, I am not a trained dietitian or certified personal trainer. My education is in Biology and my background is with ballet and, more recently, yoga. I am continually in the process of learning more about healthy living and cannot wait to share my findings with you!
Things About Me
I am currently living in Florida with my husband, our two cats- Chibi and Chuu.
I went to UCF in Orlando, Florida for a degree in Biology.
Traveling is one of my favorite past times and I only hope to do it more!
I love trying out new workouts and finding ways to get the most out of a good sweat with the least amount of time.
I am a firm believer that healthy food should taste good!
Yoga is one of my absolutely favorite things to do and I am in the process of becoming a certified yoga instructor!
I am a massive Disney fan-girl and annual passholder... So, I sometimes post Disney tips and ways to workout there as well!
